The room was clean, but the shower liner was paper thin, & ripped when I moved it. The heater was loud, but the room was warm during the snow storm. The staff that I encountered were pleasant. The road was well plowed, making it easy to get to & from the hotel.

The room was dated and not well maintained, for instance the drawer handles fell off if you tried to open the door and heater/AC was incredibly loud and vibrating making it hard to sleep, in addition my room was next to the mechanical room, creating even more noise. There was also trash (toilet paper roll wrapper) under the bed, not sure what else! Just disappointing:(

The room had a couch to sit on and a work space. Room was clean. What I noticed is there are several seating areas in various places which were a nice touch if you wanted to leave your room. I wish they had complimentary breakfast. They do have an enclosed parking garage which was much appreciated during the recent snow storm.

Place is horrible. Booked, reserved and paid for a king size room. When i arrived i was told that they dont have any king size bed rooms available. Was given a room with 2 full size beds. Im a big guy and a full size is tiny for me. When contacted hotel for a resolution i was told the best they could do is a 20% refund for the inconvenience. Place doesnt care about its custumers, absolute dump

Room was nice. I expected a separate living room and bedroom as the photos showed. That was not the case ZERO in-room amenities. Thinnest possible towels and thinnest possible toilet paper. TERRIBLE room service. Stayed six nights. Only three days were serviced. “Executive Lounge” is pathetic, and insufficient in seating with no service and limited buffet service As “Executive Lounge” is not open on weekends… we received a breakfast coupon. Waited a full hour for the poor overworked lovely sole server to get to us SURPRISE: $17 / day to park your car. Really? Why was it not in the listing? No, I will not stay there again
