Quick overnight stay for a concert at Suncorp, we booked late so it was $$$ We used the spa /pool area which was ok, but half the jets weren’t working and it is overlooked by all the office buildings, some privacy would have been welcomed. The room was fine, kitchen good, check in process easy and location excellent for our purpose.

I would never book to stay here again. We were advertised a queen bed and it was two single beds pushed together. It was uncomfortable. The staff were not helpful in the parking location and the lifts how they operate. If your not from the area its alot to figure out when you just want to check in smoothly. It really is a let down the discomfort of two beds being pushed together and the discomfort.

Definitely a place to return to.

I had a great stay. As is typical when you book with a Third Party )Hotels.com) I got a low room ont he 8th floor, but it was sufficient for me, and had no difficulties with long waits for elevators etc. Excellent location, wonderful reception staff, and they allowed me an option of a late stay for payment which was reasonable too! The room was clean, had a terrace with a view over the river and the Storey Bridge. The Gymnasium was simple, but sufficient.
