Old and tired property. Not clean and poor service. Two days in a row, room was not cleaned and no new towels left. A request for towels took multiple calls to the front desk and more than 45 mins, and by that time my kid was out of the shower and done.

The room was very small but very clean! Staff were very nice. The location of the hotel is excellent! Easy safe walk to TD Garden! The problem was the loading zone in front of the hotel is made for only a couple cars. So you have to find another place to wait. My husband waited 25 minutes in the car and You need to check in before getting the parking discount for government center. There should be a way to set up the parking online or ahead of time. That would be very helpful!

As expected for downtown Boston, the space was very “cozy”. Every inch was used efficiently. I wish I knew the very cleverly hidden mini fridge, in the night stand, had been pointed out sooner. Then some of our amazing leftovers wouldn’t have gone to waste. Very comfortable and modern. Staff helpful and fun leading up to events.

I have stayed here several times and it’s always been fine but it’s clearly seen better days now. There was one employee working in the whole hotel at 4pm on a Saturday so check in took 15 minutes. The bar is closed. The walls and shower of the room are worn out, dirty, scratched up.

The front desk staff was uniformly helpful and courteous! They were able to accommodate an early check in. They placed our group of 4 rooms close together. The rooms were small but very well appointed. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast in the lobby restaurant. The hotel was a walkable distance to TD Garden and a lot of great restaurants. Definitely recommend and hope to stay again when we visit Boston!

The hotel was in a great location, very friendly staff. The rooms are clean, have nice European feel. The rooms are a bit small…. But overall very nice hotel for a short getaway.

Property was nice and great location. Decent price considering proximity to TD Garden. The mini fridge did not work and AC seemed to be motion activated. Every time we came back, it was very hot for the first 15-30 minutes. We also had a corner room which made floor plan strange-bed barely fit in the room and made it hard to see the TV/Navigate with luggage. Would stay here again, but would request a different floor plan next time.
