I checked into this hotel on a Monday afternoon. We found out that the only restaurant in the hotel is closed for dinner both Sunday and Mondays, and the bar is not open until 5 PM and only has snacks. There was a black hair in our bathtub, and I have blonde hair. We went to use the iron, and the iron immediately left an iron imprint of some kind of black substance on my Linen pants. The room is very dated, particularly the bathroom. The HVAC makes a terrible noise & revs up almost like an engine about to explode. The toilet also makes a very strange noise at the end of the cycle. Overall, a very disappointing stay. We did try to complain to the front desk, a woman named Michelle, who did not appear to show any care or concern. A manager did call annd anpologized, and comped our parking, regardless we will not be back.

My friend and I had never been to Boston before. We were delighted with the incredible experience checking in and out of the hotel. We had appetizers and many cocktails at Lucie’s restaurant. The staff was amazing, especially Mike. He made our stay extra special! Our room had a beautiful city view and the beds were very comfortable. There was not one negative thing about our stay at the Colonnade. 5+ stars and can’t wait to come back to Boston! ♥️
We had the ribs and jumbo prawns. Delicious!!!

There was a private event at the rooftop pool area (above the 11th floor) and the music was SO LOUD and the BASS so high that our room literally thumped for 2 hours. When many people (including pilots and flight attendants) spoke with the front desk about it all that was offered was a very insincere “sorry”. So much for getting their required rest. We were looking for a little quiet time in a very busy wedding weekend. No luck!!

A very nice hotel with a nice restaurant. It was just steps from the subway. The hotel is across the street from the Prudential Mall. The room was spacious.

Hotel facilities were excellent, complementary coffee, water, soft drinks and snacks. Food in Lucie restaurant and bar is fantastic. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, but a little outdated. We had one issue with an extremely rude server, but management (Marcus) quickly resolved the issue. I would definitely stay again.

Staff at the property are truly outstanding! Norman gave me turn-by-turn instructions on navigating the subway system, while also sharing much of his knowledge of Back Bay. Very clean hotel that is centrally located and within walkable distance to many, many attractions. Overall fantastic stay!
