Overall this property was totally fine. Greymouth itself has a lot to be desired, and the overall feeling of the property was fine but not outstanding. The room was sad feeing, but plenty comfortable, the check in process was easy, and it is near the beach. 3/5

We stayed in one of the cottages which was nice enough (what we expected), my only complaint was a slight sewage smell outside of our door so we couldn’t sleep with the window open at the front of the cottage. I wondered if it was close to camper toilets or waste disposal area if there was one? Or maybe just an issue that day. Not enough for us to complain as we were only there one night, but maybe worth asking if it’s close to one of those areas before booking?
