Room was modern, nice, quiet, and clean. Very comfortable bed. Be aware that parking costs $24 per day. They were kind enough to comp this charge for me, but it was a surprise as it was not communicated when I prepaid the reservation.

This is a pretty new hotel that is in great condition. The location is a little bit far for walking to downtown Boulder, but for our visit it was worth it for the overall value. The free parking around the hotel is extremely limited and I think they take advantage by charging $24/day. I think they could make an effort to lower that for guests. However, I thought the room rate was very reasonable for Boulder. I would definitely stay here on a future visit.

CONS: Poorly marked with how to enter hotel lobby. Parking is confusing and they don't have a designated restaurant (although the menu you can order from the bar area looked good). They have no pool - you have to walk some distance to the nearby hotel and use theirs. PROS: Great outdoor sitting area and nice rooms.
