Nice lobby and photos but don’t let it fool you.

Lobby is very nice and spacious but don’t let it fool you. Poorly designed rooms. Rooms look nice but are way too small. Even sofa area is too tight to get comfortable and not separated from bed at all. Weirdly undersized furniture. No real nightstands, just a shelf. Photos are very misleading. If you are two people with luggage, forget it. Also, they have that ridiculous see-through door between the toilet and the sink. NO microwave! And you are not allowed to use the one in the breakfast area. Good location but not if you’re going to spend any time in the room.

I loved the room itself - large, with a partition between the bed and a comfortable seating area (a large sectional sofa). The bathroom was very nice, and the king-size bed very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when I am in Boulder.

Worked for the night but wouldn’t recommend for families of small children. Breakfast was limited, pool was very cold, and our room had several issues. Also, to park at the property in the garage was an additional $25.

New Hyatt near Pearl Street in Boulder

The staff went above and beyond to help me as I was feeling ill this trip. A lot of kindness. The Jacuzzi was a comfort. However, I asked when the restaurant open and they said it wouldn’t because the cook didn’t show up. Then I heard another guest ask did the cook show up today because the cook wasn’t here yesterday? They need to get a new cook. Someone who shows up. Other than that it was great.

The staff was amazing. I booked the night for '26 by mistake and they were terrific about accommodating my family and I. I found the room to be extremely comfortable and clean. We have already booked a stay again for move-out weekend in May. Your hotel is perfectly situated for CU parents which is a nice bonus.

Pleasant but please fix sinks

Please fix your bathroom sinks. Second time I've stayed and the sink backs up immediately. Everything else was great.

Only one issue integrity

While I was there, I stayed an extra night and when discussing rates compared to using Hotels.com versus checking in directly with the Hyatt. I was told they couldn’t match the price, but they would comp me the parking fee imposed by the city of Boulder for the parking lot. So I thought I was getting a break, but it ends up. I wasn’t because it was a holiday. There was no parking fee. Maybe the employee didn’t know that, which I admit as a possibility, on the other hand, maybe they did.
