Our stay at Atlantis Dubai was fantastic! I traveled with my wife and our two children, ages 12 and 9, and we all had an incredible experience. The property is beautifully maintained, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We encountered a minor issue with the water supply for a day, but the staff handled it efficiently and ensured we were comfortable. The waterpark is absolutely amazing, and the regular pools are just as enjoyable. One of the highlights of our trip was dining at Ossiano—I highly recommend it for a memorable experience. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we would love to return!

Security assuming I’m tourist for stopping me and my parents at the stairs to go back to my room from the Aquarium, even with clear said , we are going to the hotel lobby , He direct us to the outside parking area. while he let a white client family go upstairs without checking anything. Front desk at checkout, the most beautiful Arab girl she ask me to pay again when check out. Even though I have payed with Expedia , and after all the waiting she was on phone , and she just told me: “ Ok, you can go!” Without apology or anything for The mistakes made by the hotel. Plus , We were at the White beach , looking around ask for help take a family photo, all stuff are run away from me, no one offers help for taking photos. As a lux hotel ,over 4000 Diram per night. Their stuff needs a lots of training how to respect clients!

My first time at Atlantis and was pleasantly surprised with the facility from lobby to room amenities. The quality used in the hotel is by far top quality. The room is expensive but that goes with the location. My only complaint is the check in/check out process as the lines are mad long and it took me like 30 mins to check out while the official check out process took like 5 mins. Even waiting in line to ask a question in the lobby can stretch to double digit waiting time.
