It was good but there was only one towel ready for us instead of three ,which makes it incomplete. The pillows were a-bit higher than usual , which made our necks hurt, and the fan wasn’t strong enough. But it was a good stay overall.

Unfortunately, the pool was not in operation due to maintenance. The room was old and no thermostat available to control the air, the room was boiling. Tried purchasing bottle of water but none available, no shampoo/conditioner in room. Pillows were hard and sheets were stained. The friendlyness of the staff was to e bare minimum. The hotel was run down.

Not worth paying less. The hotel is very dirty and nearly everything not working. Rooms are not easly accessible. Definitely not recommended

Nice stay. Hotel is slightly run down and could do with a refurb but staff were pleasant. Shower wasn’t very powerful. Felt we got what we paid for.

The property overall was tired and unkept .The room had been smoked in and was shabby.The mattress and pillows were worn out and uncomfortable. The bathroom facilities were outdated and not working very well although plenty of hot water. The hotel food was disappointing and not worth the money and made us unhappy staying there.

The staff were unfriendly. The whole place was tired and unclean. The pool was freezing and area dirty. The breakfast was very basic. The room had mould around the windows and stains over the walls. I would not stay here again.

Nice Hotel good value for money

Great hotel, vaue for money, a bit dated could do with an update throughout. Decent breakfast too. Plenty of bars and pubs around, i would recommend Chaplins pub on open mic night

Staff were friendly and efficient. The bathroom was clean as were the sheets and bed linen. However the curtains were filthy and the tv remote didnt work. As i was only staying overnight it didn't affect my stay but i would have raised it if i was staying longer.

Property is a very average Budget Hotel. A long distance from town centre and is at least 20 min walk to nearest supermarket. No pub in area. 20 min walk to nearest beach. Parking spaces are tight & narrow. Reception staff leave a lot to be desired. No room service during 4 nt stay.

The staff were surly not eoughtoilet rolls,no soap in the holders, beds were awful, no walk in showers for disabled customers,the whole room was tired and in need of complete refurbishment not allowed to have an evening meal as I was only b&b I certainly would not go again and would tell preople the sasame
