The guy at the front desk never told us we had to make prior arrangements to be taken to the airport and for us to leave our car there till it was time to go . We wouldn’t have stayed there if we had known we couldn’t leave our car

The hotel was nice. We had a room with two beds, and one bed was so squeaky that if you touched or moved on it, it made loud noises. Our coffeemaker didn't work but was quickly replaced with another one. The staff was great.

This was advertised as an airport hotel, and not knowing the area I made the reservation. It was quite a ways from the airport. Unlike the line of hotels right across the street. Advertised itself online as having a bar, which is completely false advertising. I was told that that refers to the.Anchor Bar and restaurant, which is about a block away. When I got to my room, my washcloths were stained and filthy looking. The bright spot in this situation was.Antjuan, the assistant manager, who really understands customer service and took care of all of my problems/concerns immediately, with kindness and professionalism. I think he should be promoted!

I walked in the door w/a terrible nosebleed. Antwan was the receptionist. He got me quickly to a chair, grabbed a handful of napkins, upgraded to a box of tissues. He was kind, thoughtful, and very present in the moment. He rapidly got us checked in. He made me feel very comfortable, he honestly cared. Re: the room, there is a quarter round between the sleeping and bathroom areas. It is a tripping hazard. There should be something flat in that space matching up the two different floorings. Other than that, everything was great. The beds and pillows were so comfy, the shower was delightful, and the place was very quiet. We enjoyed our overnight stay, and will be back.
