Had a terrible stay. My bedding wasn’t changed and there was hair and a bug in my bed. Staff changed my room and promised to reimburse my room but then declined to reimburse me once I left. Would not recommend! Have a large bug crawl on you when you’re in bed is gross!!

First, the room was tiny. No just small, but tiny. Second, the view of the mountains was indirect at best. Third, by 3 in the afternoon our room had still not been made up. We only got room service by calling and asking for it. Fourth, the facility had no method for printing out airline boarding passes. When I asked they said "we don't have a business center" as though having a terminal in the lobby to allow printing boarding passes was the same as 'a business center'. Then the lady suggested that I could walk to the city's public library and use that! All lf these things are ridiculous for a place that is listed as the best hotel in Bozeman. However, the breakfast in the hotel restaurant was wonderful. The food was very good and the waiter was wonderfully polite, accommodating, and pleasant. That was, by far, the only truly positive aspect of our stay.

Room was beautiful and the beds and pillows are amazing! Unfortunately, one elevator was inoperable most of my stay. This did cause some issues trying to exit the hotel for my meetings as i had to the stairs from the seventh floor one morning. The staff in the morning- 6-8 am really did not seem to care to accommodate simple requests. Coffee bar .. asked for half & half .. the front desk said not an option. Thankfully, a nice man was vacuuming and went to retrieve half& half. I mean at over $400 a night for the stay … asking for creamer for the coffee seems reasonable to me.

The hotel is in a great location but they had no decaf coffee in room or in the free coffee bar. There is only one sink in the bathroom as well - do good in some ways and not in others.
