Every thing was top notch until it came to cabin essentials. The cabin was an iceberg so cold that I had to crawl into bed with the electric blanket only to find that the electric blanket on 3 was the equivalent of a one furtunatly I had my work thermals packed which I had to don to stop freezing

We stayed for 5 nights over the Avalon airshow which averaged out as $360 a night for a 2 bedroom cabin. We had 1 set of towels and sheets and room wasn't made up once!!! Seemed extremely expansive and overpriced for what we got unfortunately.

Lovely quiet well equipt cabins with nice furnishings and comfortable beds. Struggled a little with communication with the park and after hours details but got there eventually. Also a bit annoyed that the 4 bunk beds were not made and a 9:30pm arrival with 3 grumpy tired kids-that’s not what you need

Staff very helpful needed extra pillows they responded in minutes. Good location opposite beautiful park with great walks along the river. Would stay there again as well located for exploring Bellarine peninsular.
