Pros: clean, fantastic location and staff, valet parking is fast, dog friendly, very quiet for a full house. Cons: Smoke and homeless around the entrance, terrible self parking, no control over room temp. No drawers to unpack, just the closet. We had fantastic cleaning staff/service.Valet was worth it and fast. Room temp would not set below 19 and room was way too warm. Front desk advised that this is a management decision to set at 19 and gave us a bulky stand fan - but no space to put it - kept having to get up to adjust it all night. For the 2nd highest rated / priced hotel in the area, it was not what I expected when I arrived. Problems were resolved quickly though, but too many of them for this price/night ($330 cad). The hotel lobby is located a mall hallway and it felt like checking into a 2 star, not 5. Overall there’s quality here and I would go back but it would be my second choice.

This is not a four star hotel in my opinion. It’s alright but I found the lobby sparse. Needed a good vacuum as so many leaves tracked in. Room was ok but overall ambience not great. Hallways seemed like I was in a motel. However good location and easy to walk to restaurants.

This hotel was such a treat for us, our first stay of this trip to PEI. Great location, but more important to us, the staff were wonderful, professional and helpful. The food was amazing, from presentation to its yumminess, and again the staff were great. Our room was small but accommodated us well and was well appointed.

Would give this place 5 stars had their not been a party a few floors below us on the one evening where it was so noisy I could not sleep. Staff were lovely and the location is great!
