We had one concern about the carpet in our unit. 501C. The carpet had stains that was very noticeable. Would suggest cleaning. Also we noticed one of the pillow covers that was in the bag used for the couch had blood stains. To my knowledge I didn't do it. Just wanted to give a heads up. We REALLY enjoy staying on this property. Thanks

After we checked in, we were told to go to the next counter for a parking pass, and the clerk tried to force us into going to a timeshares sales pitch, making it sound like I was paying for the parking pass but in reality he was scamming us for a sales pitch. Also the pool was shut down and drained on our 3rd day there. Very frustrating.

Stay away from the concierge desk!!!

The hotel and hotel staff were great. I later learned that the concierge desk is a separate entity. They are Relentless about selling timeshares! I was awaken with a phone call at 8:00 a.m. in the morning and later that evening I was called no less than six times by one person trying to get me to attend a timeshare seminar. I tried to extend my stay and was told that I could not do this without attending this seminar. He was trying to ask me very personal questions about my life and financial situation. I later found out from the manager of the hotel that he would be reprimanded, and that he is not a part of the actual Hotel staff. Be aware of the concierge desk!

I stayed here with my husband for 4 nights. I cannot say enough good things about this place. We really were only here for our room so we didn't try the pool there, or basically anything else except for our room. We had a super smooth check in. Everyone was extremely friendly to us. The only thing I did not like was the timeshare piece. It was all for deep discounts on entertainment. If I'm on vacation, I already bought those things so it's useless for me. But it is what it is, either way it was done and we moved on. Although, I did feel a bit pressured. We stayed in the 1 bedroom studio. It had a small kitchen, living room, dining around, HUGE Jacuzzi tub, and a great bed. I found everything to be very clean. It was close to the Branson strip. It was honestly perfect. I would 100% recommend and would be back again!
