This was not our first time staying here but it will be the last. We have stayed here now on 4 occasions over the last several years. So obviously I have previous stays to compare. We arrived and the clerk was nice. I was advised the lobby closes at 11 and we use the door to the side of the office. I parked and we went to our room through the unlocked side door. In today’s time all entry points like that should be secured for guest access only. We went up to our room which appeared about standard for a hotel. The curtains appeared to be the same from our original stay back in 2002. Once we got settled we went to bed. Pretty sure the pillows and mattress are just as old and uncomfortable. The next day room my wife went to take a shower and the provided shampoo was used. When we left and went about our day they came in and made the bed and freshened the towels but also readjusted the A/C so when we came in from a hot day our room was not cool, and I’m sorry but that is unacceptable and people keeping their room cool is the cost of doing business. We had the same results the next day. Lets move to check out day. Prior to turning the key in and notifying the staff we were checking out as well as an 1.5 hour before checkout. We carried some stuff down to the car and the wife remembered something we forgot in the room. We go back up and find the door propped open and no one around. That is unacceptable and you don’t enter rooms until after guest checkout.

Good price, excellent location, very easy to get around and easy access to get where ever we wanted to go. Clean room, breakfast could offer a little more of a variety. Rooms were good overall , they could use some updating, I feel you would draw in more people. Good experience, I would go back.

Clean and Comfortable

First let me start off by saying how appreciative I was that the lovely lady at the front desk let us check in early. Room was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy. We were only in the room to sleep and shower. Breakfast was good, lots of options. Pool looked nice, but we didn’t swim. Location was great, away from the main strip. We would stay here again.

Avoid if you can. We were driving through and needed a place to stop and this was one of the few openings we found. No external security on the doors into the hotel. No overnight staffing. Noisy - you can hear everything from everywhere. It’s a very dated property and rooms feel humid.

The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were quiet. We had a nice view looking out over the trees. There was plenty of hot water for showers, and the breakfast went far beyond your average breakfast provided by hotels. The location was also convenient. We’d definitely stay again.

It is okay for the price.

The inn is older. The lower floor has an old carpet that could be replaced because it was smelly. The bathroom was so difficult to turn the water on and off. The entryway from the outside wasn’t secure anyone could just enter without a key. That was strange and made us uncomfortable since it backs up to a wooded area. Breakfast was great. For the price and location which is why I chose it it’s great. It’s in the theater district and close to the main strip.

For an older property, it's well kept. Their breakfast is good, would like to see some fruit. We would like to compliment on Kelly. She IS a worker. She was right there wiping tables the the breakfast area. As SOON as someone left, she was right there, not only wiping the tables, but the chairs, topside and underneath. The walls next to tables. Constantly cleaning the food area. We were VERY IMPRESSED !!! THANK YOU KELLY !!!!!

Great Place - Great Price!

We enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and the A/C kept it nice and cool. The pool was great, although a couple of lounge chairs would be nice. The breakfast was great each morning also, maybe switch out sausage links and bacon every other day? Thanks so much!!!
