We have been staying here for several years now. The trip prior to this we felt it was showing some age, this trip we were happy to find a number of improvements. The new mattresses are comfortable, new fixtures, and some new flooring were pleasant and happy surprises. Nice to see a business keeping up with these things. Breakfast isn't fancy but it is good and there is a nice variety. (One daughter would like to see doughnuts added 😊) Staff is friendly, helpful, and conscientious. We will continue to stay at Scenic Hills for our weekend trips to the Branson area.

Communicative staff- informed that check in is required before 11PM to ensure no issues. Basic breakfast with super awesome pancake maker. Old building but no gross old or smoky smell. Clean. Hotel room and bathroom clean. Mini fridge and freezer worked properly. Bed is hard and pillows thin. Pool was exceptionally clean. But you cannot enter back into hotel through pool exit - must return to front door so bring shoes

Nothing fancy about this hotel and that is fine with me. Just need a clean place to sleep and the pool and breakfast are definitely a help to our family. The staff was always helpful when we needed to ask or just check in.

It was ok. Very clean and staff was friendly. The room had old furniture, the sink was old with peeling spots. The door had a space along the side and security lock didn't work well. But the shower was great. Location was convenient. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

Stayed here 5/6 times in past 10years Always have had great service. Would recommend it. Parking a little bit uncomfortable because of hill. Otherwise 99 out 100 Clean comfortable affordable and great breakfast Close to all things. Very pleasant/accommodating staff. Will be going back for sure

Nice hotel

Comfortable hotel. Close to everything you could imagine doing in Branson. Older hotel but feels very well kept and clean. Great breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

The management of this hotel is incredibly rude. I did not appreciate them being rude to me and also making my 12-year-old cry just because he needed a key management told him they would not be opening the door or giving him a key and he could not get to his room

We accidentally misplaced our key. As I was looking for the key, I had my 12 year-old go call the front desk as I searched in our car nearby. I then found him crying. He said the front desk lady who he called said we would not be getting a key they weren’t there on site and was so rude. He started crying. I then called the front desk. They were extremely rude. Then they ended up charging me for not one but two keys just for borrowing it, I travel quite a few places and I’ve never experienced such rudeness at a hotel.
