Great area, needs more elevators and staff

This hotel is in a GREAT location and is family-friendly. The only downside is that there is only one elevator, and if you are on floors 8-10, then you have to take two elevators, and the wait can be up to 10 minutes. The restaurant was short-staffed, and the wait was longer than expected.

Concierge services are excellent including car and ski valets. All staff were friendly and helpful. Games I. The lobby a nice touch for families. Beds very comfortable and room was spotless

It's a very nice, newly renovated property- Hilton, by Curio. The food in the restaurant was delicious, with tasty and 'some' healthy substitutions, but a bit overpriced for the portion size at times. The staff was courteous, cheerful, and attentive to include the valets and Bells. There is an issue when it comes to pre-purchasing the 'breakfast option' through Hotels.com, or other 3rd party websites. I had to request the assistance of a manager to resolve confusion on this issue. The first manager I spoke with on this 'charge' issue was not helpful. The 2nd manager who assisted me was very helpful. This 'breakfast charge' is an issue for the hotel, as many other hotel guests I spoke with were in similar situations, and the hotel staff was either confused and/or not fully aware of the $$ amounts Hilton negotiated with 3rd party hotel booking sites for breakfast, as the amount paid varied, as mentioned to me by other guests. Parking: only one option- valet- which is 55 dollars per night- very high, unless you want to park 1/4-1/2 mile away and walk to the hotel, which is slightly uphill. Note: The hotel's resort fee of $45 per night resort fee is added after checkout. The Apres ski was a disappointment- only hot apple cider was made available & when they ran out, it was not refilled- even after requesting to the desk staff to refill. Hot cocoa, cookies or other afternoon snacks typically provided at hotels of this calibre, were only provided for an added fee.

Had a wonderful time here. Room was very clean. Staff was awesome. Had one hiccup with the closet light not turning off but the staff took care of it the next day. Loved the outside service. We took the shuttle several times to main street and the guys outside were so accommodating. Thank you to all the guys outside!!

Fantastic stay!! I am super picky and this hotel was absolutely perfect. The price was a steal for how nice the place was, and most importantly you could walk to the slopes super easily. There is even rentals available downstairs if needed

This property has undergone a huge renovation! What a contrast from 12 years ago. Great staff, great bellman service, dining service. Rooms were great and conveniently located across from the ski ⛷️ slope.

WOW! We had such an amazing 3 night stay! The staff is exceptional; from valet, front desk, shuttle drivers, bartenders, wait staff...just truly amazing. We brought a pup too...no issues at all...the staff loved on her so much. Someone mentioned in a review that the elevators took awhile but we didn't experience that all. The walk to town is about 8 minutes and we walked it many times without issue...the shuttle is there too if we didn't want to walk. Just a great place to stay in Breck!

Beautifully renovated hotel near all the attractions! The customer service wasn’t the best via the text portal they requested to use. Parking is expensive and valet is required.
