Easy and comfortable

Hotel was perfectly fine but what really improved the stay was how knowledgeable and friendly the staff were. Extremely happy to help, we were given a range of recommendations of places to visit and food to try. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Pool area was great. The meal included was delicious and great that you can order at any hour.

Unfortunately there was copious balls of dust from the air-conditioning over the bed. Receptionist was was apologetic and moved us straight away to another room. The shower head holder in this room was broken. The room was extremely expensive for 12 hours (understandably as airside) but I would expect outstanding accommodation, sadly not. The staff were excellent, as was the relaxing swimming pool!

Overnight airside stop over at Changi airport

Overnight stay on the air side of Changi airport terminal 1 was ideal without having to check out and then back in the next day. Breakfast was good and getting to terminal 2 took 5 minutes.

Solo room

Used this hotel a few times now and have always found the staff to be wonderful. This is the first time I’ve used a solo room, these rooms do not have their own bathrooms but there are 4 shared shower rooms very close by. The only thing that surprised me was that there wasn’t a robe supplied which would be a nice touch considered you have to go into the corridor to use the faciliries

Was beyond tired when I arrived in Singapore, & still had 15 hrs to go . Michelle, supervisor & Cheryl, front desk went above & beyond to assist me in checking in but also obtaining my bags and while not leaving the airport yet getting back through customs . They are very kind .

This hotel is special because of its convenience for passengers with a long layover - ours was 11 hours - we booked a 12hour stay - the rooms were basic but for a sleep over more than comfortable - clean private bathroom - a meal was included in the rate - priced on the high side but certainly worth the expense - recommended for weary travelers
