Guest access
Guests have access to the entire condo and all Mountain Thunder Lodge amenities — the heated indoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center, private guest locker room, and underground heated parking. Guests also have access to One Ski Hill Place amenities including pools, spa, and shuttle services.
Access is via electronic key cards and parking passes issued at check-in.
Other things to note
Before your stay, we'll ask you to complete a quick identity verification through our guest portal — it takes just a few minutes and ensures every Gilson stay is seamless and secure. A valid driver's license and rental agreement are all that's needed to confirm your check-in details.
A $250 security deposit is collected prior to arrival — similar to a hotel holding a credit card on file — and released in full after checkout once all access items are returned. Guests may also choose a non-refundable Damage Waiver instead, selected during the pre-arrival verification process.
Our guest portal is also where the good stuff lives: private chef, grocery and alcohol delivery, airport transportation, welcome kits, in-home spa services, early check-in and late checkout, guided excursions, and local recommendations — all available to browse and book at your convenience, before or during your stay.
The primary renter must be 25 or older.
