The lobby had a bad odor. Not appealing. Breakfast very limited. Outside stairway & hallway dirty. It affected my sinus allergies.
Would not stay at this location again. Although the bed was comfortable & had lots of nice pillows. Parking lot was well lit.

The property was an older location so it was in need of updating. The staff and service were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was sufficient and well stocked. I would stay here again.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. Their breakfast offerings were delicious and sufficiently stocked. It is an older location so seemed a bit run down but was clean in the room.

Poor choice for the physically handicapped
If I had only stayed one night I would have given a "Poor" rating. We got there at 9:00 pm, so it was dark. There was no light switch by the door, so we had to walk about 8 ft to reach a lamp and then fumble around trying to figure out how to turn it on. The room had a bad odor to it. There floor was warped, running downhill towards the bathroom. Neither the microwave nor the phone worked. The top hinge of the bathroom door was broken, so you had to push on the top of the door to close it.
I struggle getting up from a sitting position, so I asked for a "Handicapped" room hoping for a raised toilet with bars to grab. It was a regular height toilet and no bars. A person with major walking issues wouldn't have been able to use this room. The only handicap amenity was a grab bar in the tub. There was a 3" step to get into the room, so no wheelchairs. The door to the bathroom wasn't big enough to allow a wheelchair or a walker.
The next day we complained at the desk and they moved to a different room for the second night. It was a much better room, and I would have given a 4-rating if this had been our only room. My only complaint then would have been the limited breakfast choices.
I’ve stayed at this hotel a lot. Management is friendly and helpful. They are continuously making improvements. Whenever I’m working in the area, this is my choice of hotel.
This property was absolutely nasty and felt very unsafe as a woman traveling alone. The outside stairs were lined with beer bottles and other trash, people were partying, playing loud music and shouting at one another over the banisters. The room smelled terrible (pets, past smoking and musty), the bedspread and furniture was stained (yeah, yuck) and there was no shower curtain. The exterior “hallways” (this is a motel, with all outside doors to rooms) were filthy, and the back grassy “barbecue area” near the stairs was clearly where management had been throwing non-working HVAC units and other trash from rooms.
