Very bad experience on our first day in Japan. Booked a room in expedia for 3 adults and 2 kids. It says superior twin room sleeps 6. Paid a lot for thia room. However when we checked in the reception staff said i only booked for 3 people. I explained i booked a room for 5. I even message the property months before if there is any extra charge for a family of 5 and they replied NO. The staff guy could not understand keeps telling me he has to charge me another room for me and my husband for another 3 nights. We were very tired we decided to pay. But when we get to the room, superior room is big enough to accomodate the 5 of us it has 3 twinbeds enough for the family, indeed up not using the other room. We could not sleep separately with our kids. We just paid but never used it. We were very upset as we have to pay another $160,000 . We were ripped off our budget. The other hotel we stayed never charged us with another room (booked the same 3 adults 2 kids) This is the first time it happened to us. I hope they realized and refund us the money.

my experience at this hotel was a nightmare. I thought I was transformed to the 1950's Very old furniture, smelly rooms, worn out mattress...... Instead of getting a room upgrade for my VIP status I got downgraded so figure that out..... Never again , I wouldn't recommend this hotel

Very nice hotel with good transportation options nearby. The area was very safe and quiet. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I wish is that the bathroom was a little bit more updated but aside from that everything else was perfect.

The property is very fancy. It clearly is upscale. It has many shops around it and within a few blocks and his very professional appearing staff. But, our rooms were a little bit dated with minor wallpaper, peeling, dated bathroom, etc.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. I reserved three luxury rooms, but upon arrival, I found them outdated and uninviting. I immediately returned to the lobby, and the front desk promptly moved us to newer rooms. While the staff was excellent and provided great service, the hotel itself still felt old and did not justify the price. I stayed here a few months ago and had a much better experience, but this time, it fell short of expectations. Additionally, the breakfast was underwhelming and not up to the standard I expected.
