Check-in was smooth, and staff was very helpful. Most staff members spoke English, breakfast buffet was delicious, we had a wonderful stay with our family. I would recommend to anyone visiting Tokyo.

The staff was amazing. The common areas were beautiful. The rooms are a bit outdated and the gym was very small and crowded. I wish the breakfast was more gluten friendly and the internet was a bit spotty making it challenging to work.

I thought the rooms were a little dated, however over all the hotel was very good, you have access to, two breakfast buffet, plenty of restaurants and two roof top bars

Super easy connection from the airport. Friendly staff and nice environment. There is a 7-11 in the basement, which would fulfill all your needs, at a pinch. Great hotel, highly recommend

The hotel was in a perfect location. We didn't book an upgraded room and it was a bit out of date. I would recommend upgrading. The staff were very helpful. The food options were perfect. I loved everything about it
