Did not receive any VIP benefits despite it being promised. Issues encountered were ignored by staff and management. Terrible customer service. Majority of staff don't speak English which is a barrier. Staff at the hotel warned us not to eat at the restaurants not sure why. Disappointed with the terrible service.

Had a nice stay here, one of the more spacious places we have stayed in Japan. Service from the staff was lovely. Will say bathrooms are clean but a little bit dated. It was super convenient to have a 7/11 within the hotel itself for us.

Gorgeous facade and lobby, but dated rooms. Beds extremely firm, make that hard! Breakfast and dining are both good. Wonderful location, quiet, close to transportation and shopping.

This is a very busy family-oriented property. It’s not particularly suited for a business traveler. The room also has very little privacy with a flimsy sliding door to the toilet area and the shower is a glass box. Check in was painfully tedious with two people working each check in station and neither able to make any decision without disappearing to a room to ask a manager. We had a particularly unpleasant dealing with Chris at check in. I will not be staying here again. I’ll pay a bit more and stay at the Hyatt or Hilton nearby.

Another excellent stay as always at Keio Plaza. The location is ideal if you don’t mind taking the door to door bus from Narita or Haneda. Rooms and breakfast buffet are excellent. Rooms are quite large by Japanese standards. The higher floors in the 30’s have excellent views of city or government building. Would be nice if they had on site laundry facilities.
