Clean room, amenities, nice location and fine breakfast. However, for a mild request I was asked for 98,000 yen. I found it inappropriate and not inline with Expedia platinum status.

Great stay next to the train station. There’s an entrance right by the hotel and you can walk underground to Shinjiki station which was a huge plus for our Jan trip. Staff was exceptional, breakfast was great and the hotel was very clean. Would recommend to any one staying in Tokyo. Nothing negative I could say about our experience

Awesome hotel staff to welcome us to the Keio Plaza Shinjuku for the first time and we absolutely were impressed with everything on property especially our twin deluxe connecting rooms with special city views and the lovely Sky Plaza to view, relax, and hang out comfortably in tranquil settings. Our family loved the spacious and clean rooms with modern decor and large bathroom with shower and tub. We will definitely return for future stays at the lovely Keio Plaza!!! Thank you so much!
