Situated on Margate Pde across the road from the waterfront overlooking Moreton Bay towards Moreton Bay Island.
This ground level unit with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, fully renovated with open plan kitchen, lounge dining looking at the waterfront and opening up onto an undercover patio area. Both bedrooms have fans and the main living area with Air Conditioning. Separate toilet with a combined bathroom and laundry and a under cover garage at the back of the block or street parking out the front.
Close to a few take-a-way shops within walking distance and public transport also available just close to your unit, very central to access most areas on the peninnsula.

Fully furnished including linen. Just bring your pool & beach towels. Port-a-cots, high chairs, are available for hire.

This beautiful spacious apartment with stunning views over the bay, just across the road to the beach. The kitchen was equipped with cooking utensils.
