The ceiling of our room was dusty, the edges of the seats were dusty, there was a sock from the previous customer on the floor, and the cleaning was done carelessly. I really wouldn't stay here again.

Average hotel with friendly staff

Hotel was okay and did a job. Good air conditioning in the room and the staff were pretty friendly and a nice pub over the road. It is annoying they make you pay for parking. For us this was £15 during the course of our stay. They also charge for dogs, but you don't find out about this until after you've booked (+£30). Prices should be much much more transparent up front.

Great Stay Great Price

Lovely stay, was nervous as some reviews were not good but surprisingly had a great experience. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The place was clean and well maintained. Our rooms were great and had everything we needed. The place was clean and the bed was super comfortable good nights sleep had. We had a/c which worked well. Breakfast was included which was great value.

We had a single night booked and were happy with the room and the hotel in general. The buffet . Unfortunately we forgot something in the room when we checked out, only realised when we got home. I contacted the hotel and the duty manager Alex was very helpful and suggest and way forward and sorted it out brilliantly.forward breakfast was very nice.

Family room could be a bit bigger it was standard room with sofabed when unfolded you couldnt get to window as there was simply no space Bathroom good with separate door for WC thats sophisticated :) Breakfast nothing special , but crowded
