A great reasonably priced property in an area in walking distance to the restaurants, Esplanade and harbour. A fantastic children's playground across the road and bbq facilities and next door to Riley Crystalbrook. A lovely little pool area with sun lounges. 24 hour reception. There are a few different people Manning reception and some are friendlier than others The only issue is the hallways echo a lot when people are moving between their room and the lift. Rooms are cleaned daily and supplies replenished if you need this done. Would stay here again

Friendly helpful young lady on reception. Lovely spacious room. Quiet area at night. Easy walking to restaurants and central area of Cairns. Very enjoyable.

Good enough location towards the end of the esplanade (opposite to where most of the life is but probably only 15 walk along the board walk). Lovely staff who gave recommendations and organised taxi for us. Room is getting a little worn but grand if you’re out all day. The windows are single glazed and we were woken one night by a couple having a drunken row (not the hotels fault!).

The bed and pillows were 10/10. So comfortable, it was incredible. Cairns Plaza was recomended to us, and we will not. hesitate to do the same. Pricing was very good as well. Reception were happy to answer any questions and give assistance with somewhere to dine.

Very convenient to down town. Hotel room consisted of one bedroom and a separate living and dining area was very clean had most items available , I would add a toaster or toaster oven . Bed was very comfortable , nice to have the patio door in the bedroom. Front desk staff were all very helpful and accommodating Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay

We stay here twice a year in a suite and love the location, It is opposite the Esplanade and very close to restaurants and a supermarket. The only drawback is lack of storage in the kitchenette. Parking is readily available and the pool area is very nice

One bedroom ocean view suite. Very comfortable. Close to restaurants and market. Friendly staff. Christina was very welcoming at check in. AC in both living room and bedroom was a plus, as the weather was quite hot.

Pros: Staff is available 24/7 and super friendly and helpful. My unit was super spacious. Beds and pillows were comfy. The pool area is clean and well maintained. The view from the balconies is gorgeous. Location is right by the esplanade so perfect to walk/exercise and you can get to the Lagoon area in 15 mins. Cons: the walls are paper-thin so you can hear lots of noise coming from the hallway and neighbours.
