- Guests are expected to leave the property tidy, with all dishes washed or dishwasher loaded and turned on before departure.

- Complimentary basics including cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap, and body wash are provided.
