The hotel was amazing and very clean. I loved how many extra options they had available in the hotel itself for food and fun. My only complaint is that I wish the TVs were a little newer so that you could watch YouTube or Netflix extensions on them.

Very clean and quiet hotel with a friendly staff! The governors club was fantastic! We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and reception with appetizers (we were full and no need to eat dinner!). Free beverages, just leave a tip. Will make this one of my go-to spots in Madison.

Great location! Nice pool and hot tub area. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. Hotel is a bit older, but mostly renovated.

From check in until check out wonderful service

I am a 60 year old female who was traveling with a friend and my 13 year old granddaughter for an event being held at the Breeze Stevens Field. I was a bit worried about parking and getting around in Madison on a Friday night. Fortunately the parking garage is connected to the hotel via a centrally located elevator, making it easily accessible. The wonderful young lady who checked us in helped us set up transportation so I wouldn’t have to drive and find parking, making our trip seamless. As far as the room, pool hot tub and room service, I have no complaints. Everything was perfect.

The most big comfortable bed & pillows ever! My 1st time in Madison & the location is great - tons of young people out in restaurants near by The Governor’s Club was a nice bonus with free cocktails & a full buffet breakfast & excellent views of the Capital. The staff was also great. Especially Lee who checked me in & even gave me a little treat bag for my dog Highly recommend!

The club room has the best hospitality bar in Madison and the hospitality crew and bartender are still spectacular. The newly remodeled adjacent library, furnished with deep, rich, comfy lounge chairs, stocked with games, a wet bar and spectacular views of the Wisconsin State capital only makes the best better. On Saturday morning we walked to the farmers market. In the evening, fine dining was steps from our room. The Concourse concierge, with exceptional knowledge of what’s going on in Mad-city, had the connections to secure a popular reservation we needed.
The library adjacent to Club level was a fun hangout after breakfast on club level at The Concourse and Governor’s Club in Madison, WI. 07/04/2025
