I booked the hotel because there is a roof top terrace to see the West Lake. But in fact, the roof top terrace is closed all the time. I was disappointed. But the staff was nice. The room is a bit outdated but clean.

The staff were rude at check in and during our stay when we had an inquiry. We tried to use the sauna and it wasn’t working properly.
