Charming, fully equipped farmhouse located 4 minutes from Brookville lake, 15 minutes to the local marina, and only 10 minutes from town. The sprawling, beautiful backyard with mature trees can be enjoyed while relaxing on the large back deck. The owner’s horses are kept on the property and enhance the breathtaking view.
