Shower did not drain properly. Tile cracked and sharp in the bathroom. Side door to the building did not lock and was available for anyone to open. Pool was “out of service”. Toilet paper was half empty. Keys were deactivated the day before we left and had to get new keys. AC/Heater temperature control did not work. Bathroom door did not lock. Cable would cut out for minutes at a time. No available outlets to charge phones (we had to unplug lights which made it extremely dark in the room).

The hotel is falling part our room had black mold in the window the floor was coming up and we stubbed our toes on it, the front desk person told us theres a open health dept case going for all things I reported to front desk!!!

Repairs needed in every area. Old and not cleaned well. Room was nice and bed was very comfortable. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was ok, but they were out of biscuits when we got there. Then ran out of waffle batter. Also ran out of coffee. Staff was hustling to refill items that ran out. Excellent customer service and staff, but property is pretty run down. Decent stay for the price.

A half eaten cracker was next to the bed. It looked like they didn’t vacuum. Plenty of mold in the bathroom and no coffee maker. Plus side staff is friendly.

We told staff at 6pm that there was a barking dog across the hall and it barked ALL night and morning...😡 Otherwise,it's our favorite place to stay ..we stay often here.
