Ideally placed for me, staff were helpful. Shame about the road noise, also would have been nice to be offered a balcony room. But a very easy one night stay.

Staff was nice until the night man he was rude and not helpful. Mold in showers , no air conditioning, phone did not work and the shower did work only use of the bath . Worst part was the sofa bed my adults kids slid off it in both room we had same problem. Only giving stars for the amenities my kids loved . Pool table board games available and tennis table .

We had a good stay at Green Park Hotel with 2 children aged 7 & 9.Excellent advice at check in regarding family friendly restaurants and taxi service. The staff were friendly. Room was comfortable, however the bathroom needs revamping: paint was cracking and black mould spots on the wall above the bath. Breakfast was excellent. Location was good. Although there was a strange humming noise all night. I would stay again though.

We stayed here for three nights during our weekend trip to Bruges. Overall, I’m glad we chose this hotel, though there were some drawbacks. The hotel feels a bit outdated—not quite as modern as the photos suggest. While our room was clean, the bathroom showed signs of wear, including mold in some corners, and could use renovation. Since we were traveling with two young children, we specifically booked this hotel for its playground facilities. There’s a small **indoor play area** and an outdoor playground, but both are quite dated. The outdoor space includes a slide, two swings, a trampoline, and a couple of small play structures—enough to keep kids entertained but in need of upkeep. My biggest frustration was the parking fee: €8 per day, charged per calendar day (not 24 hours). Since we arrived at 4 PM and left the next day at 11 AM, we were charged €16 for less than a full day, which felt unreasonable. That said, the staff were exceptional—friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. Even when our kids were loud or messy, the team remained patient and welcoming. Their hospitality made our stay enjoyable despite the hotel’s shortcomings.

Staff was clear and helpful. Gave good guidance to visiting Bruges. Access was easy to find following the GPS. Room was spacious and clean. It was also quiet although the hotel was pretty full. Bed was comfortable. No frills but still really well done.

Family stop over

Hotel was clean and staff very friendly. There was a cycle tour team staying at the same time as us and they took over the carpark some what, however, the children loved being able to see the mechanics working on the bikes. The rooms could do with some modernisation, but everything was clean and functional.

Stay in Brugge

Just checked out of the hotel today. Good- hotel is clean, bed comfortable and friendly staff. Sone are not. They provide taxi voucher so u pay €15 to go to city center and we used it too to go to the train station. The bad- it is far from the city and far from any bus stop or train. So if u don’t bike or have your own car you have to take taxi everywhere. Wifi connection was non existent in our room!!! They didn’t wash or change our coffee cups everyday
