Had the three bed suite, with a queen bed and two twin beds. Worked out great for our four person family. Extremely clean and modern looking, which was unexpected in a city like Bruges. But the big thing is it had air conditioning. Bathroom was very nice. Perfect quiet night of sleep, and the shower was perfect water pressure. Will definitely stay here again. Super close to the market, and attractions.

Arrived late, the hotel sent detailed emails with photos, on how to access the car park and check in. Breakfast was delicious and a wide variety on offer. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend and definitely book again if ever back in Brugge.

Convenient hotel, located in the center of beautiful Bruges, one of the most beautiful towns I have seen — and I dare say the most beautiful in all of Belgium. We only spent one night, but the room had everything necessary for a pleasant stay.

Unfortunately the building has wooden floors so you hear everyone walking around. Also, we were in the room beside the lift which meant people were waiting outside our door. But the location is good - central, but not in a noisy area in general. There was an event going on one night which was noisy but i put ear plugs in (they dont stop the vibration if people's feet on hard floors though).

Great location, comfortable beds, good shower, decent size room, friendly staff & was useful having a fridge in the room. Only issue was the walls seemed thin as we could heat neighbours, but this didnt spoil our stay.
