The location was great. The shower needs a shelf.. in the pillows were square which I found hard to sleep on. But otherwise, it was perfect.

Room was very comfortable and clean, staff very friendly, the beautiful Xmas decorations throughout the hotel made it feel extra special, excellent breakfast although pricey and location is ideal 2 minutes walk to the main square, shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Dukes Palace in Bruges was an amazing experience. Beautiful historic property with many amenities and located near great shopping and historic squares and canals. The staff is very attentive, accommodating and friendly.
