Always enjoyable however felt very sorry for the lovely receptionist on duty on 5Oct25. You needed more than 1 receptionists check out was extremely for everyone however she was wonderful.

It’s convenient to Spark. Disappointed that the hot buffet breakfast was no longer available and hot breakfast was extra. Didn’t k know about the change of Name communications very poor as we were meeting friends that had never been there before so thought they were in the wrong place.

I messaged twice the hotel directly before staying well prior to arrival. They did not reply - except for a marketing upgrade message! This lack of communication was disappointing as it advises people ti make contact re parking etc but then ignores you. Accommodation was booked due to a late night event and needing a sleep in. Devastated that this was impossible as around 7am completely evacuated out of building with fire alarm and a wait outside in the cold of winter. Feel both these aspects most disappointing severely hindering what could have been a pleasant stay where you feel welcomed and refreshed. But this was definitely not the case this time.

I liked the clean spacious room, location and parking for the price point. It was quiet and felt safe. The breakfast is simple but they were able to accommodate me with Gluten free bread which was good and again inline with price for a queen room anyway!

Great place

One of my favorite places to stay in Auckland. The price is reasonable, clean, it’s super central and perfect if you are going to a concert at Spark. Staff are helpful and friendly. The restaurant is not great… you don’t generally expect much from a breakfast buffet, but this was especially bad… under cooked food and rude staff.

Excellent property very comfortable beds, very quiet, no road noise, only 300 m to spark Arena, great for staying over after a concert. I would highly recommend staff with fantastic in the hotel was very clean.

This is our go to spot anytime we go to a show at Spark Arena. It's super convenient, parking is easy, and the free breakfast is a bonus. The bed was comfy, and I love that you can cast from your phone to the TV. The staff are really friendly but sometimes quite busy, so the service was occasionally slow. But that really wasn't a major issue for us.

We did not get the studio we booked it had a bad smell and than they gave us a disable room the shower had curtain and the water was every where very dangerous and slippery, the parking was in the next building but the breakfast was OK

I liked that it was conveniently close to Spark Arena, eateries and supermarket. And all the staff at front desk were welcoming and accommodating. We changed our room on the first night. Clean, spacious, open plan lounge/dining/kitchenette with balcony. It just wasn't serviced during our three night stay - had to phone for clean towels. Friendly staff though. Thanks.
