The person at the desk was by herself and was taking care of other things so i waited in the empty office for 15 mins to check in before she showed up. They were selling drugs on the balcony above the office There were only 2 towels in the room. and no wash cloths. fortunately, it was just a quick stop over for us, but we would not stay there again

Seems like they're having homeless and transients stay there. People sitting outside their rooms watching people check in and unload their cars. People wandering around all hours of the night. I was afraid my car was going to get broken into. That whole I95 corridor is sketchy.

I made a 3 day reservations for the motel while I was in the area for a vacation. We arrived late, around 10 pm and as we pulled in, there were several people alreay outside on the balconies but we decided to make the best of it. We went to our room and put our stuff down. I got in the room and began folding out the fold out couch for my child. I noticed it was torn, ripped and dirty couch covers. We made the bed with the provided covers and went to brush out teeth. The counter had unknown crumbs and gunk on the counter top. The bathroom door had something black all down it. It was late and we did stay the first night. The bed was pretty lumpy but we were going to get some rest the best we could. As we laid down, the neighbor, were apparently very intoxicated. We know this because the lady was right outside of our room door, yelling "I am so drunk" several times throughout the night. The toddler that was outside the door with her might have been too. I couldn't make out what the child was yelling. We woke up around 6am because it was a terrible night. We decided to check out and not stay the rest of the weekend. No refund was offered for the 3 night reservation that we stayed for 9 hours of. Zero stars
