The property is very modern and clean. However, it is not particularly soundproof. Voices water flushing footsteps can be heard. This probably the result of no carpeting and the extensive use of hard surfaces. The noises quieted after midnight. Otherwise I really like this brand/property.

I liked everything except the pet fee was not publicized until we checked in. It was very high at $75 for the 12 hours we stayed. Ridiculous. Because it was NOT publicized when reserved, the pet fee should have been waived.

We stayed there the past 2 days and I realize it is a new property ironing out kinks but here are some thoughts: Great location to interstate and plenty of fast food options so close. The hotel smells when you walk in, not of dirt but of new construction, perhaps a glue used, not pleasant. Not much info given on hours of breakfast, how the snacks around work, the boards on recommendations for the area outside the elevator are written poorly and not catchy, one place is closed that they share about. Signage around the property is cute and fun and eye pleasing, except for the boards. The gym is well appointed but smells awful bc of the new rubber mats (I think)-and it’s hard to use but as we did we looked for wipe down items and we couldn’t find them. My boyfriend went and asked and the lovely person on duty came in and showed us that it was there, what we thought was a trash can was actually wipes on top- recommend signage there- to avoid multiple asks or a dirty gym. Finally, we went to the pool and it was awesome. Rainy time but we found some sun. Pest control came through and were friendly and not at all “interfering “, the music played is awful. I don’t even know what it was- I don’t care really the genre but this was nothing anyone knows. Weird. Overall, it’s a work in progress and can find its way. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and nice. Kudos please to them. Most of front desk staff was especially a woman around 2pm on Thurs. The future awaits!

Unclean room, they cleaned in only visible areas and left dust and dirt underneath desk, the bench, the bed. The shower had dirt or stain, the rooms were so tiny, you could barely squeeze by the furniture. They started banging on my door super early after I just Spent the entire precious day and night driving for hours straight, they did it twice to the point where I checked out two hours early. The amenities were lacking, won’t even get into it. This place is a joke. The waiting area is nice but that’s it.

The hotel is very clean..The front desk rep was super polite and made my husband and I feel welcome. I enjoyed the bathroom wall dispensers with lotions, body wash,shampoo, conditioner and soap. The room was very clean and smelled fresh. There is 24 coffee and hot chocolate downstairs. I wish there was a microwave in the room but not a big deal since there was a fridge and smart TV.
