Extremely mid tbh. Woke up at 8am by construction. At Check in the guy bragged about how quiet the rooms are.. you can hear everything in the corridor and I was woken up not only by the builders but also in the night by drunk people on the street. Classic cheap external windows. The air conditioning turns off after some time.. it was 33 degrees so I woke up very hot In the night. The bed is very hard too. The real clincher is the air con smells like urine.. no joke. Honestly this is maybe as budget as it gets. Neoliberal capitalist misery. Avoid unless on a budget and you have good earplugs. The curtains are good blackout at least.

Rooms are a great value, and housekeeping does a great job. Steps aways from metro, and many tourist attractions. Friendly staff at the front desk, very helpful and knowlegable about the city. My second stay at this location in the past couple years, have been consistently impressed.

Basic facilities but clean and practical. Very convenient for the city centre and metro and trams. The main problem was noise from the street outside. Even on the 3rd floor the sound proofing was not good enough to keep out noises from people and vehicles in the street outside

Definitely not worth the price. Very poor ergonomics in the room with limited places to put things. They said its to keep prices low but was not that inexpensive and not competive with comparables. Will say it was close to all the action but the location was a little sketchy.

The room we had was so small that besides the bed, there was hardly any space you could move around, even we had to place our luggage on the bed to off load our stuff. I would only rate it an ensuite room hostel. If you don't mind staying in a cage, this one is ok. Very clean and helpful staff though.

Hotel is in the center nearby transportation, tourist places and night life, but still in a quiet zone. A go walk distance from everything. Love it. I'll stay there again.
