Perfect location and so central. Amenities are fantastic and the pool and spa facilities are stunning. Communication/customer service was a slight let down from reception and “loosing our bag” (was found after a long 10 mins in the storage room tucked away behind bigger suitcases)

Room was great, clean. We booked the room for a group of 4 girls, however, there was only 3 towels, 3 coffee mugs, so we had to ask for extra to accomodate everyone. Tried to do the kiosk checkout but it tried to charge me again for the restaurant booking when I had paid at check in. Had to line up at the desk to get this sorted along with a line of people. It was an okay stay but probably overpriced for the service received for a 5-star hotel.

A fantastic stay. The staff are amazing and the food is particularly good, we dined there a lot. The rooms are nice and there are a lot of great facilities close to downtown and waterfront.

They no longer have CNBC on tv. Channel air lounge is always cold, I heard other complaining. They don’t notice as they are working. It’s at a lower level than lounge so of course it’s cooler. Busy Chinese New Year, but no reply to room service. Lovely to see a kiwi girl as waitress in Chandelier lounge. Main Restraunt excellent with Legoya leading the team

I stay at Cordis often, however this time wasnt a great experience. We booked a room with 2 beds, but theyd 'upgraded' us to a room with 1 bed, so had to have that sorted out. The spa pool was cold for more than 24hrs. Someone had gone into the elevator wet, I slipped as I walked in and banged my knee on the floor and cut my toe - the guy at the front desk didnt ask if I was ok, just said hed have ice sent to my room.
