The hotel was very close to the opera house and the city center with all its shops. It was also an easy walk to the Royal Art museums. The room was very clean and spacious. I will definitely try to stay here on my next visit to Brussels.

Freezing room !

AC in our room didn’t work as the weather was below Zero outside. Room was freezing. Reception sent a small heater upon our call and it wasn’t sufficient. We asked for clean cups and mugs , they asked for €6 to bring in !!! We stayed in family room (4 person) but there was only 2 water and 2 slippers ! There was no pen and paper in the room ! This hotel doesn’t deserve 5 stars at all ! I’d never stay here again !

We were checked in right away and we got our rooms right away. Very good location and property was kept clean and pristine. No hassle at all. We always went back to our room to relax after walking around and we were able to sleep and relax. Will definitely go back here again if we are going back to brussels. Very good hotel!
