The Agora Hotel was a perfect place to stay on our trip to Brussels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the heart of everything you hope to see when you visit Brussels. The room got a bit hot with the weather, but the provided fans (3 in our family suite) made it bearable. It’s a beautiful historic building and one I would recommend to anyone going to Brussels.

The staff at Agora are just amazing, especially Eve. Thank you for helping me so much with my bad French, and helping suggest neighborhood restaurants etc. If I ever expand my business into Europe, I'm going to come hire you. You and your colleagues are great with people. The location could not be better. Heads up that the hotel is very traditional without an elevator and the showers/bathrooms are teeny tiny.

Overrated but great location

I decided to stay in Agora because it had 9.8/10 review!! … and do not understand why??? Great location! Staff is very friendly The room we got was hot as hell!! Urgently needs A/C!! The mattresses were old and uneven. Looooots of stairs (which was advertised in their site). Would not recommend for the elderly.

Lack of storage (closet, wall hooks, bathroom counter, bedside table) was an issuand particularly frustrating as there was plenty of room for it and it would be an easy fix.

Room was big beds comfy shower ok. Good benefit with a fridge and safe in room. Cleaners didnt put rubbish in bins very small amount of toilet rolls. No shampoo or conditioner. Kettle was very small and nowhere except the floor to boil it. Nowhere sturdy to put small or large cases. Stairs are steep no lift. Staff were friendly and helpful
