Very good family hotel . It's very close to city center and is walkable distance from all main touristic places in Brussels .We felt very safe and all the main attractions were easily accessible by walking .Highly recommend this hotel with family for wonderful vacation in Brussels .

Great hotel in a very good location. Close to Grand Place and lots of shopping and dining around. Very close to several metro lines. The buffet breakfast was very good and easy. Comfortable rooms.

A very nice hotel close to the main square ( la grand place)..10mins walk to the main train station. I did go to the pool twice but both times there was children playing in it, and therefore I couldn't do lengths due to it small size. So I didn't use it. My only negyabout the hotel

Our stay at the Novotel Brussels was wonderful. The hotel itself is very attractive and clean. The room was clean and well arranged and had everything we needed. The staff was kind and helpful. The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything. It would take a month to enjoy all the excellent restaurants and bars in the area. Also walking distance to many places of interest. We loved our stay and a big thank you to the Novotel staff.
