Nice hotel with great staff. Negatives - Only 1 USB power in room was broken. Room was way way too hot and no cooling option on Air Conditioner. Positives - window did open which was very welcome! Nice and clean hotel with a good breakfast

Excellent location for Grand Place, 10 minutes walk from all attractions. Easy walk from Central station. Room was clean, tea and coffee a bonus. Luggage secured safely on our last day until late afternoon. Will definitely stay here again if visiting Brussels in the future.
