Cannot use the bathroom or toilet at all. Totally disappointed. Cannot switch the bath to shower. Toilet was not even flushable. Absolutely not recommend!

Late check in – was quick and easy. A note on the reception front door was clear; the bar staff was very nice and hospitable. The bar/restaurant next door was perfect with great food for us 8 adults after a long drive. Thank you for the complimentary bottle of water. The room, carpet, curtain and sheets were clean though the property has obviously aged. The bed and pillows were quite comfy. There was no sign to hang outside the door “do not disturb”. The complimentary biscuits were replenished and our towels were replaced even when we were only there less than 20hrs from checking in. Parking was uncovered, not gated – that’s ok. Our van was parked right outside or door. Key box for the early check out was easy and visible. Cons: hot water/shower: off and on limited wifi: poor

Yes the parking was easy, the bedroom was comfortable the nice things are the outdoors area looking at the old trees pigeons nesting I had a room looking into it across from the Mobil petrol station, the patio area where to seat was completely rundown the place would have been perfect in the 1960’s since then it had a succession of owners that let it rundown

We had a great stay at Redwood Hotel. The room was clean, well-equipped, and included thoughtful touches like an electric blanket and an onsite kitchen, which made our stay even more convenient. Housekeeping was done daily, with fresh towels provided and even an extra blanket for added comfort. Free onsite parking was a big plus too. The only downside was the slow Wi-Fi, which could be improved. Aside from that, everything else was perfect. We'd happily stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and well-serviced place to stay.

This is budget accommodation in an older building with basic needs all met - comfortable bed, warm, roomy and clean, easy parking. We booked a room with just tea making facility but brought our own toaster and dishes so didnt see the available communal kitchen. Easy walk to a very good fish n chip shop. Happy to stay again

Older motel/hotel but recently repainted inside. Only problem was the shower...water pressure really dropped & then stopped, several times. But staff great, room had everything I needed with advantage of parking at my door. Room was right at front near main road but was really quiet.Value for money. Would go again....
