Good value

We just stayed overnight at Pillows. The receptionist was very friendly and we got a free upgrade to a nice room with King size bed. The room is very clean and has complementary water, tea and Nespresso coffee. The location is nearby Grand Place. I think we got good value from what we pay for.

I enjoyed my 4 days stay at this hotel . Very happy with my check in. Staff was very accommodating. Love my spacious and cozy room. Location is quiet but walkable to the main center.

A beautiful stay

Beautiful property and very comfortable room. Beautifully presented throughout the hotel, including the room. Comfortable bed, modern bathroom, ample housekeeping, coffee and fridge in room. Breakfast was plentiful but quite cold sadly.

Pillows is a great hotel in an exceptional location in city center Brussels. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive. The bar and restaurant were excellent. The location can’t be beat as you are close major city attractions, arts, shops, restaurants, historic sites. With wind driven rain every day I am grateful for the umbrella provided that allowed me to walk the city sites each day to my visit.
