Great location.

Great location. Close to Central train. 4 min walk. Close to major attractions. Unfortunately very noisy outside with some type of trash/ recycling pickup at 2-5 am each morning. Very loud!

Front desk staff were very nice. We had two rooms next to each other, nicely arranged. The rooms were nice as well. Unfortunately we were booked on the floor where the elevator was broken and didn’t stop our entire visit. And the technician didn’t fix it while we were there. This was very disappointing.

There is a massive amount of street construction going on right in front and there are blocked crossings other than that it was a great hotel. Smells amazing, good room sizes, i would stay here again

Inflexible, I accommodating.

Completely inflexible hotel that was unwilling to alter my reservation date despite a flight cancellation and the fact that they certainly could have sold the inventory. I won't be staying here ever.

The hotel is situated close to many attractions and short walk from train/metro station. It was easy for me to take day trips to Bruges and Ghent since the central train station was nearby. The room had good amenities. True to how it’s pictured.
