Only hiccup was they deducted various amounts from people's cards which was confusing but it was eventually sorted. Excellent location as you could just walk into the station from the hotel which gave you access to the metro and trains. Would definitely stay again

Room was nice and clean, although TV did not work and the shower part of the bath/shower setup did not work. The TV was fixed and it had Chromecast. Breakfast was nice, buffet style with broad selection. The aircon settings, you could select +/- 3, not seen this before. Area around station can be rough, lots of homeless, outside used as toilet in some areas.

The staff were friendly and efficient and the room was clean and neat. Comfortable bed. The area surrounding the hotel isn't a hell hole but we saw some seedy characters and picked up our pace walking back to hotel. For a one night stay with a flight the next morning, it really served us well with the hotel being attached to the train station.

The location is great if you plan on using the train/Eurostar. Lots of quick options in the station for food and toiletries. Had a great view from the 7th floor. Room was quiet but the a/c did not work very well.

The Pullman hotel was a nice stay and very convenient to the train station. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the amenities were nice. The neighborhood around the hotel isn’t very welcoming but the convenience of the train station made it worth it as we were traveling around Belgium during our visit.

We arrived late at night from the Eurostar and the hotel is a very short walk from the terminal - no need to even leave the station. Very comfortable hotel with efficient friendly staff. Not the nicest part of town but centre accessible by metro - or about 25 min walk
