To be honest, If the rates were $400-500 a night it would be a 9 - but at $700 per night I can only rate it a 7. Most areas of the hotel looked tired and needed a new coat of paint or varnish. Lovely property within walking distance to the beach. Room was very clean, easy parking on property, roof top restaurant was very pretty, offering a nice menu. We booked, as recommended. Definitely recommend.
