The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were so nice very helpful. My wife and I were in Chile and Argentina for 16 days. These were the friendliest of all those we encountered.

The bed was very comfortable and we sleep well every night. Staff was nice. Bathroom smelled like pee and we had to buy a disinfectant spray and spray everything. Up by the top of curtain closer to the bed it looked like a big black mold spot or something and it was off putting. Breakfast not good. Wasn't as nice as the pictures online. Location was good though.

Bad smell, left for another hotel!

Room had a horrible smell of air freshener that seemed like it was trying to cover an odor- permeated every ounce of fabric in the room. AC was not working, door slammed really bad, couldn’t get the WiFi to work which was really, really frustrating. The smell was so bad that we ended up leaving and going to another hotel bc we were getting bad headaches and nothing else available. Also, construction in hotel which was not mentioned prior to arrival- everything felt- unfinished. I could not believe this was a Condé Nast preferred hotel.

I’ll give this property the benefit of the doubt because it is maybe under construction? The photos are zero like the website let’s put it that way . We stayed in 3 hotels in this area back / fourth in this trip this hotel will not make the return list unfortunately. On a positive the staff at the front desk were nice. The bed was ok .

Its a nice hotel in a good area. Staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was limited but good. Coffee, Tea and Water filtered water (hot & cold) available always. Negative was the lift was out of service, which we were not advised prior to arrival. I was travelling with my elderly mother and it was difficult for her to go up and down the fire escape. If we had known we would have booked somewhere else. Additionally there was building work going on from early until late afternoon. Again we were not notified of this prior to arrival. From a value proposition we do not think it is worth the price paid compared to other hotels in the area. The use of the Spa is expensive at $80 per guest per day so not worth it considering its size.

Amazing hotel

Amazing stay. The hotel is perfectly located. Best neighborhood in Buenos Aires. Close to many restaurants and buses/subways. Staff is the best, friendly and helpful. Very flexible and always willing to help. The hotel has beautiful common areas where you can have coffee or meet with someone. I am definitely staying here again next time The room is comfortable, shower has excellent water pressure. Breakfast is good, Argentinian style with good Medialunas and with a menu of eggs and fruits. The only negative aspect was that the room that we got had glass doors in the bathroom, which wasn’t very nice and also the bathroom itself had a window and the curtain was not long enough, which meant there was no full darkness in the room. That’s the only single thing that I’d fix. I understand it was a problem only specific to the room that I got.

The property is solid 3 stars in a good area of BA with many dining options close by. The Spa facilities are outdated, in poor conditions and with lack of services. They don’t truly have a spa. It is a little bit overpriced for what they offer but not below 3 stars standards. Beds are comfortable and rooms simple.

I don’t usually write complaints, but I was genuinely disappointed with my recent stay. The Expedia listing mentioned gym access nearby, which influenced our booking. Only after full payment did we learn there was no gym nor any hotel partnership—just construction. My colleague and I had to pay $120 USD out of pocket to access a gym for three days. For two nights, I couldn’t sleep due to a loud water pump near my room. When I raised the issue, I was simply told I was “lucky” it would stop the next day—after already losing two nights of rest. On our last day, we asked for a late checkout (just one extra hour) and offered several alternatives, but staff refused without flexibility. For a boutique hotel, this experience fell well below expectations in both comfort and service. I won’t be returning, but I do believe compensation is warranted given the inconvenience. Thank you for your attention

We loved staying at Duque. The location in Palermo was great. The staff were super friendly and helpful and gave great recommendations. Our room was big and spacious. We enjoyed the breakfast and had really nice massages at the spa. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

Super cozy hotel in the middle of Palermo. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The breakfast was great. The room was extremely small and didn’t have a desk so it was not convenient at all.
