Great place if you like unique small scale hotels. It is pretty quiet as there are only 4 rooms per floor. The street is very green and you can really enjoy some time on the balcony. There is a small pool and a hot tub on the roof, too. Nice breakfast in the morning and you can even ask the staff to make you traditional Argentinian mate drink. The area is very walkable and safe, easy to get uber quickly, easy to walk to a restaurant (Hierro is a very nice option nearby). The staff were super friendly, especially Jose really helped us so much with various recommendations. Overall, we had a great experience!

Palo santo was the best choice we made for our girls trip. The hotel was located in a convenient neighborhood with lots of cafes and restaurants. The room we had overlooked beautiful greenery, and it was also comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was included daily which was convenient and delicious. If we ever needed anything all of the staff was so attentive and kind. We were extremely lucky upon check in to meet Candela at the front desk. She gave us multiple recommendations for bars, restaurants, and shopping centers and all of her recommendations were excellent. We will definitely be returning to Palo Santo for our next time in Bueno Aires.

The hotel staff are wonderful, addressing questions and requests immediately and without hesitation. It’s a sophisticated small hotel, with large rooms, comfortable beds and nice furnishings. The location in Palermo Hollywood was perfect for me - 10-15 minutes from the bustle of Palermo SoHo but in a quieter area. Great suggestions provided for Buenos Aires’ many renowned heladerias (ice cream) and restaurants. Great breakfast with tons of choices - however know carbs for gluten free folks. Even instant oatmeal would have been nice to pair with all the fruit, cheeses, eggs, juices, coffee and tea. But I’d be back anytime I visit the City. Professional, classy, and well run.

Excellent... this is the best boutique hotel in Buenos Aires. Staff absolutely wonderful. They are all ready to go above and beyond to fullfill your requests and make sure you have the best experience. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful: great variety from fruit to scrambled eggs. Pancetta, empanada, toast, cheese and serrano. Great spacious rooms, equipped with all the basics plus specials like wine, chips, soda, and alfajores, to satisfy end of day cravings. Made me felt safe, appreciated, and very special. Will be back on my next visit to this special city

They were great!! Because of an electrical issue, they moved us to Hotel Ilum for our first visit, 20-24 March. We returned on 5 April-9 April and they gave us their main suite!!! It was wonderful. Breakfast was good, but I really cannot recommend Charquu restaurant for other meals We would come again..

We arrived at 245am and left 7 days later at 11pm. Hotel arranged driver to EZE. Good breakfast and comfortable room with 3 twins for tres hombres. Nice neighborhood to walk and uber back or vice versa.

Wonderful Stay at Palo Santo

We stayed 3 nights at Palo Santo and really enjoyed our stay! Our room was very clean and well appointed. The a/c worked well and wasn’t noisy at all. We especially enjoyed the comfort of the mattress and the pillows. The bath towels are big and soft. For breakfast, they offer several delicious and healthy items, so we ate there everyday. The hotel is well located, near good places to eat. The hotel is ‘green’ and beautiful and everybody who works there just do an excellent job! We hope to be back soon! Thank you, Palo Santo, for your hospitality!

This is a lovely little boutique hotel in Buenos Aires within walking distance of many bars, restaurants and parks and a short taxi ride from the centre. The rooms are very comfortable and have balconies. The staff could not be more helpful, especially those in the restaurant who work extremely hard.
