Older historical property close to obelisk and Teatro Colon. About 20 minutes from Jorge Newbery airport by taxi or uber. Check in was very friendly. We had a superior room 108 on the first floor and after 24 hours of travelling and 3 flights we were fairly exhausted. Whilst the room was large and the bed comfortable it is on a busy street and we felt like we were sleeping on the street with the bus and traffic noise. It was very very noisy. We appreciated that breakfast was includedbut it is virtually the same each day but there is a selection of cooked, cereals. Ham. Cheese and pastries. The roof top is a nice area to relax. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room but hotel supplies it in the lobby at 5pm. We would prefer it in the room. Because of how noisy it was we would not stay again.

The room was a delight. The lady on the front desk was especially helpful to us when we had a personal problem on 6th December and we cannot praise her too much. The location is good.

Staff were not extremely helpful. Towels were minimal and thin/had holes.Breakfast fruit was not fresh. Coffee was very good. Our room safe did not work and though they fixed it, it broke again and we gave up. No hairdryers. No floor mats for bathroom floor. No washcloths. One of our room keys stopped working and although they reset it, it stopped working again and we gave up.

We arrived on an earky flight. We arrived at the hotel about 11 AM. We checkedbin and was informed that room would bot be ready til avout 2:00 PM, expected. We had a seat in the lobby to decide where to go have lunch. We had just got off of abiut a 10 hr flight. A few minutes later a kady came uo to us and said they had a room for us, this was a very welcome surprise. A front corner room on the 4th floor with an amazing view. We settled in and enjoyed a short time to relax. Then took a walk. This is an amazing area. The breakfast the next morning was left nothing to be desired. Wide selection that would accommodate any diet. The roof top terrace was amazing, quit and well keep. This will definitely be our go to on our next trip to Buenos Aires.

Property its nice but they could keep up a little bit more. breakfast ita good just not cups to go, so you take your small cup to the room if you want coffee ( maybe ita usual there ) front desk staff ... could use a little training how to do check in, he was mad and did not say anything other than what time.breakfast was. I would rather stay somewhere else for next visit,.

The room was very comfortable, the staff friendly and accommodating and each day we were given complementary water. The location is excellent and the hotel is very stylish. Suggestions for breakfast, more savoury and healthy foods including a wider variety of fruits. The breakfast had a large proportion of sweet and sugary items.

We had a fantastic time in B. Aires. Hotel is in the old historic part of the city within walking distance from Plaza d. Congreso, Plaza d. Mayo and Casa Rosada, Obelicso, Teatro Colon + many nice restaurants and cafés. Hotel is relatively small, but looks very chic and elegant and has stylish lobby and restaurant / bar. There are also some tango shows around within walking distance (we have seen 2 and they were both great). We absolutely loved our B. Aires stay, it was definitely the best city experience in South America so far.

It's a quaint hotel. But it really wasn't for me. We were on the first floor and there was traffic and people on the street talking all night. The room is very small. Like I said, it was a nice hotel for the money, but it really wasn't for me
