The hotel staff was amazing however the restaurant staff ( we interacted with 3 of them) were rude and very disrespectful. The hotel room was in terrible shape as the wall vent in the bathroom was bursting with dust and webs, the bathroom grout was vile and filthy, tub had hair on the shower wall and on the rim, and every outlet expect one was full of hotel equipment.

We chose to stay at Buffalo Hotel for its convenient location near Niagara Falls, and it turned out to be a great decision. The hotel is perfectly positioned for visiting the falls, making it a strategic choice for travelers. We especially appreciated the 24/7 airport shuttle service, which made getting to and from the airport extremely easy for us. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, a great stay — we would recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
