Request so many times that I accidentally hit the cancel button for my reservation. Nobody cares and didn't respond to my request. They didn't refund my money or let me stay at the hotel. It's a matter of 100 dollars but me and my family will never ever stay at this hotel chain again

Everything was good except for the information about airport transportation. The site mentioned that a shuttle was available from Airport to Hotel Transportation, but when I arrived at the airport, I couldn’t find it. I called the hotel front desk and was informed that the shuttle does not operate from Terminal 2. As a result, I had to rent a taxi and pay out of pocket. The property should display accurate information on the Expedia site, and the Expedia team should also verify the details provided.
