Getting High Without Trying

The woman at check-in was delightful. Other than that, the entire hotel smelled like it was part of a pot festival. The stench of smoke is SO bad that we left the window open while out, which helped, but the bed linen is so infused with the smell that my teenager went and slept part of the night in the car. The hotel has potential but clearly the 100% smoke-free facility is ignored.

The room was ok. We certainly got what we paid for...quiet and clean. The only thing I took advantage of at the free breakfast buffet was the coffee which was not good. The hotel felt safe inside and out. My only complaint besides lousy coffee was the woman who checked us in could have smiled a bit. Not a professional.

Our room had a smell that was almost like stail smoke. The fitness room was very hot, like 85 degees and there was nothing available to clean the equipment. We got a call front the front desk at 11:20 at night making sure we were in on room, we were sleeping. Not really a pleasant experience.

The room was clean and quiet, which was nice. However, at all times there was a strong smell from marijuana vape pens at the elevator and side entrance close to the parking lot. Marijuana vape could be smelled faintly in most areas, as well as in our room. It is not a pleasant smell.

After being on the road for a week in between different hotels the cleanness of the breakfast area was great. She kept everything stalked and clean. Very friendly and helpful. Very easy to get your stuff and able to enjoy breakfast before hitting the road. Comfortable beds for sure. We’ll be back.

I came with my daughter for a trip to see UB the hotel was very close to the campus . The walls were thin and the hallways noisy the room was clean and the bed a little too firm for me . Great trip overall

Came into room fire alarm broken beeping, then HVAC not working at all ! And hot water pressure in shower was drizzle! Then given excuse at front desk ! What a fraud and lack of exceptional service! She lacked any empathy!
