The hotel lobby is very tired looking . The food in the restaurant is very average .. the car park is ridiculously small and hard to park your car . The room was small but nicely renovated. No complimentary water in the room .. not very good value for $400 per night 😕

I paid nearly $400 per night for this hotel what a rip off and then went to the Gold Coast and stayed at Pacific resort Ocean views close to everything service was fantastic for only $250 per night

Beautiful rooms , a little bit noisey from people in the hallways and the car park is very tight and can be tricky to navigate around if arriving in a bigger vehicle. The shower was soooo nice ! Friendly staff and close to the city ! Will hopefully return in October

Motel reception staff, upon check in, were lovely. Parking was a surprise..$15 a night, FYI, and very tricky for those with a large vehicle...we did not have one. Based purely on the Motel alone, nothing but lovely things to say in terms of comfort, modern, beautifully clean and loved the blackouts, the espresso pods and milk frother! Just keep doors shut re: construction noise... temporary but otherwise. Nothing at all to say about the bar downstairs. Very different from over 10 years ago and not satisfied with the 'voucher ' that cost us a whole two drinks. There was change in it but we didn't get it and had to order food, but nothing on the menu due to 'staff shortages'. Good luck there with 'cagey' bar staff with no answers. Overall, motel rocks!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room looked ok and pretty clean. The room was spacious and view was nice overlooking the gardens across the road. Hotel was less than a 10 min walk to central station and not a long walk to shops and restaurants.
